When I first saw the PicoBong Transformer, a long, flexible, double-ended vibrator, I immediately wondered if it would work for individuals with reach issues, like the full-figured folks I work with … and happily it does.
The Transformer is long and light: 25.4 x 1.2x 1.2 inches; 3.5 ounces. Most of that length is made up of a firm, yet flexible silicone covered neck that can be bent or coiled into myriad shapes for a host of different uses. Like I said, the Transformer is a double-ended vibe – each end of the neck morphs into an oblong vibrator, one of which houses the controls. It’s important to note that only one end has the controls and you cannot set different patterns for each end, so you better hope your partner likes the pattern you picked out.
PicoBong boasts that the Transformer is a “rabbit vibe, a clitoral massager, a cock-ring, a G-spot stimulator, a prostate massager and more” and that it’s “perfect for her, him, her & him, him & him, her & her, and every other combination possible.” Though, I wouldn’t go that far, as a clitoral vibe and g-spot stimulator it worked competently for me. Because of its flexibility it does take some time to figure out how best to manipulate and configure it to do what you want it to do. While this was a little challenging, as the neck isn’t as stiff as it probably should be, I was able to shape the neck in such a way where I could lay on my back, hold one end of the vibe comfortably to my side, and place the other end on my clit with the pressure I enjoy. Admittedly, I could have gotten off the same way with less hassle with may favorite WeVibe Tango ensemble. I also tried using the Transformer as a dual stim vibe (like a rabbit). By holding one vibrating end against my clit and inserting the other vibrating end inside me to hit my g-spot. That was somewhat delightful, but again … in the future I will actually use my favorite rabbit (Jimmyjane Iconic 2) and save myself the time.
As a couples toy, it didn’t work for me. Whilst in missionary, we put one, and then two ends on my clit as we had sex. It took all of 3 seconds for it to bend in between us and move out of position. Enough said.
I can’t recommend the Transformer to use anally, as it doesn’t have a flared base. Sure, it’s super long and flexible and most likely one would be grasping the other end, but the anus abhors a vacuum and theoretically could suck up all 25 inches of what looks like a silicone covered, vibrating bike lock. I also cannot see it working as a cock ring, but to be fair, I didn’t even try and I can’t even imagine it working without pain and frustration.
The good news is that The Transformer is USB rechargeable, It has a 3 button control interface, is made of ABS plastic covered in silicone and has 10 patterns and 2 speeds, which are buzzy (not rumbly) surprisingly strong, but not strong enough for people that like a Wand Vibrator. It’s body-safe, very quiet and waterproof up to 1 meter and has a one-year warranty which is nice. All in all, I think there are better vibes out there, but if you have any type of reach problem, or are a person with disabilities and appreciate a flexible toy with versatility, this bong’s for you.
