Instructions for scheduling:

Before we book an initial appointment, you will be asked to fill out a client intake form. You will be taken to this form when you click the button below.

This form is necessary to gather information about you and your goals, to see if we’re a good fit, and to save time in our initial appointment. Please be assured, all information is confidential. Once completed, I will reach out to you via the email you provide and we’ll go from there!

Also, please read the FAQ’s section before you fill out the form as it answers many questions most folks have. Any other questions, just ask!

  • All meetings happen over Zoom, which you can access from a computer, tablet, or phone.

  • You save $25 per session!

    Sessions are twice a month (every two weeks) for 3 months.

  • Initial session is 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long
